These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by TENET, a digital marketing agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

TENET provides consulting and execution services in digital marketing, branding, content, and web performance. The scope, timeline, and fees are defined in our proposals or statements of work.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access to assets or platforms needed to deliver the services.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors. TENET does not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or performance metrics.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, TENET retains ownership of its pre-existing materials and methods. Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the final deliverables created specifically for you.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TENET is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. TENET's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Obligations accrued before termination remain enforceable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
